I did some searches on the Courtney MM and Priscilla respectively but still can't make up my mind I'm 5'2, 115lbs and in my mid 30s. I'd love to have a statement bag in black MC and thought the Courtney MM looks really chic. However, it also appears kinda huge and since I did not have the chance to try it on in store, I wonder if it would overwhelm my petite frame? (Note: I tend to go for small/medium size bags in general.) Assuming the size is fine...would it look weird half empty since I don't carry a lot? Also, is it VERY heavy? I also kinda like the Priscilla. I know there are criticisms about its overly rounded shape, but it does look cute, and probably more lightweight and comfy.Which bag do you think will have more wow factor and withstand the test of time better? I know Courtney comes with a strap too but to me this is not a particular important consideration - I'm most likely to carry it handheld anyway, although I do like the style of handheld bags with a strap dangling underneath. Is your reason for not using the speedies you prefer shoulder bags.. IE neverful mm and the Idylle speedy??If so sell the speedies off and buy the Idylle, I would wait and see how much use you get out of it before buying the delightful.. only bcuz you said you sold your nf mm bcuz of the vachetta. etk123- No problem, I just feel for you and really wanted to share this info with you, because I was warned and it STILL happened to me! And, I mean, I made sure that I wasn't wearing my newer and darker Hudson Jeans and instead wore jeans that were lighter and had been washed many times, and *poof*, I look at the bag on the front seat of my car and notice this kind of shadowing on it! It just broke my heart. I think I could have spilled a whole Latte on it and it would not have been as bad at all, as the liquids just roll right off, but rub on jeans for a little bit.... that will transfer the color! Just kind of sucks, but lesson really learned now. I asked my DH last night again if I should just sell it and he said that I should just enjoy carrying it and not worry about it. So I think I will this Spring. But at my LV boutique on Sunday, the manager was really pushing the newer Idylle bags and I totally was not interested (I've already got the Ellegie in the Fusain color and this Encre Speedy and as far as I'm concerned that's enough). There were some lovely SA's around, i got the snotty guy with a stick up his butt! Anyway I gave him a list at all the ones I wanted to see, they only had a few. They did not have the Batignolles Horizontal which i really wanted to see, but i did try on the Galliera pm and loved it... I tried the Montorgueil GM, I just really did not like the way it fit and the straps did not go over the coat i was wearing, one of the Sa's said they drop in time but not too risky for me.I did like the Neverfull but it was too similar a shape to my shopping tote, so i have my heart set on Galliera and a speedy for my collection....
